What are some of the best things about your team?
My team always comes together to help when it is needed. To have this support makes it enjoyable to be working here.
The ablity to rely on each other to accomplish the end goal which is representing Aveanna and providing services in the community upholding the core values and priciples of the company.

Most of the staff work together to get the job done but when some are slacking the work falls to others or the patients care suffers

I work independently so coworkers is a bit non-existent for my role in the company
Show up for their shifts
Its difficult to group everyone together because the majority of staff treat everyone with respect. I have seen and heard exampes of patients and other staff members not being treated with respect and understanding. Having an assertive personality is not an excuse to be disrespectful or abrasive.
Everyone is cool but they seem frustrated with their own jobs.
It is rare that i hear good things about my coworkers! They need to interact with the pediatric patients and realize that just because fhey cannot talk doesnt mean they are less of a person.
The agency, as a whole is very unprofessional, zero communication, and a waste of my time. It's disheartening, because if they will do this to myself, and I am a competent, professional adult, what are they doing to these patients. I am a big advocate for the people I service, so this is frustrating

Unprofessional attitutes, decorum among pcr and poor/slow/inconsistent communication. Measuring BT acct. clicks/touches does not provide incentive for effeciency,quality work in accts. Placing blame on other depts. for issues vs. working together to get patients taken care of.
