I love their willingness to assist in my personal growth!

At Aveanna, there is a work culture among the leadership team that encourages professional growth. We like to call it "Modernization." Not only have I developed an eagle eye for compliance but consider myself aware of the "whole administrative picture."

My immediate supervisor and Regional leadership are amazing. They clearly articulate the goals and expectations and provide the support and resources to achieve them.

What I like about mt leadership team is that they make sure that we are educated on certain topics that is needed this way it builds more knowledge and understanding for what they are presenting so we as employees can have a great relationship with our leadership and they can see we can do it!!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Accountability for themselves and holding staff accountable, Professionalism and better communications, appropriate training for new hire staff, and consistency

Posted 16 days ago

Work/life balance and providing adequate health insurance

Posted 17 days ago

Actually being transparent, not just using the word. Area leadership and VP's in Colorado have denied us annual bonuses and raises in the past without proper explanations and then when staff raise concerns and make a big deal then we get those incentives, but not without a stink.

Assisting and communication. Pay rates need to be adjusted for the work we do.

Posted 18 days ago

Training new hires during onboarding.

When changes occur, I feel like I am the last to know. I know I don't have a Clinical Director, but I feel out of the loop.

To work. And to do what they are supposed to do. Only what they are paid to do.

We have no real leadership. No ED since the 1st of April. We have been given major accolades as a new team by both families and facilities but very little recognition. The team works hard but without the support and incentives, people wont stay. There is certinly no "fun".

Communication to make sure everyone is on the same page

communication with caregiver with client accontability.

Communication with nurses and families. No false promises to either the families or nurses.

Better communication with the team.

The lack of communication and professionalism with this agency, is beyond me. I have had great difficulty with getting assistance, clarification, they agency is not organized, and I have yet to receive any patients. I have messages to individuals, incl my recruiter, re: my experience. Unprofessional

Pay and transparency about the job

Taking action to implement sales' suggestions to improve operations obtaining competitive advantage- they know what referral sources want and how to provide that, but teamwork, support is lacking. Also: tone (currently patronizing), competitive compensation for highly skilled pcr, mentorships

Review from Sales Dept

Alot. Very unprofessional. Very inexperienced. Alot of change over.

Review from Admin Dept

There is way too much to even explain

Review from Admin Dept

I don't know who my manager is. But I can say that I felt manipulated. They kept pushing me toward trach and vent clients even though I told them I didn't want those types of clients. No one listened

Review from Customer Success Dept

For one introduce themselves in person I don't even know who my supervisor is. Feel isolatied. Don't even know who my coworkers are.

Review from Operations Dept

Offer their nurses health insurance that isn't garbage insurance!!!!
