Positive interaction! Always engaging! Organized!
Colleen, Jan, and Marianne are all very supportive. If I have a question, they are quick to pick up the phone and chat with me. They remember my concerns and I feel empowered to come to them with problems.
We work together as a team to care for all the patients and families. They are available whenever I need assistance.
I haven't ever worked for a company that has been as supportive of me not only as an employee but as a person.
When they are focused on the patients and their caregivers (service) and not financial as their primary concern
When changes occur, I feel like I am the last to know. I know I don't have a Clinical Director, but I feel out of the loop.
To work. And to do what they are supposed to do. Only what they are paid to do.
We have no real leadership. No ED since the 1st of April. We have been given major accolades as a new team by both families and facilities but very little recognition. The team works hard but without the support and incentives, people wont stay. There is certinly no "fun".
Communication to make sure everyone is on the same page
communication with caregiver with client accontability.
Bonus and incentives; the salary is lower than average while it seems the LVN's receive a good rate.
It is a cost effective package for myself and my dependent.
The monetary contributions are the best
My bonus every quarter that my team works hard for
Bonuses are a great incentive
I struggle financially. I need to use food shelves and my car payment and electric bill fall behind on occasion. I made a LOT more as a clinician in the field with a MUCH better work life balance. I work instacart and door dash on the side after hours just to have money for food often.
I would like having a more competitive salary because I do a lot of work that would be a Clinical Directors job. I am pitching in but I feel that I should be more compensated for it then I am.
Receiving a 3% merit increase is unacceptable due to rising cost of living, every year with this same amount for merit, I am actually losing money and not able to meet ends. As a clinical professional with over 10 years experience with this company, I feel undervalued and not heard.
The amount of work expected for my role and the compensation do not align, particularly for comparable roles in my local area. An wage audit for my locality would be nice, especially if it takes into consideration what others with similar roles are compensated.
Making over 100k for the amount of work we are required to do
Good communication and support - everyone is a team player.
I often say that this job is my baby. I find joy in taking care of my clinicians. My biggest purpose is supporting them.
We are still getting to know each other but seem to be meshing well as a team.
Work together towards the same goal
I absolutely love my team. We work very well together. Each day of work is filled with a perfect balance of productivity, growth and fun.
Open communication, treating the team equally
Leadership training and over sight
Better training by management to prevent issues and high turn over
I dont know what uou mean by that. I dont really work with any coworkers
I work independently so coworkers is a bit non-existent for my role in the company
Teamwork! Inclusion - everyone works together even though we may have different roles, there is mutual respect.
Aveanna as a whole is great. Sometimes my branch culture just ruins it. There continues to be concerns with behaviors within my branch that are draining. Clinicians have labeled the office toxic at times.
It's an all-hands-on-deck mentality and we genuinely care about the people we are assisting.
The theme and culture of one
The culture and environment are equally focused on our patients as well as our staff. Team integrity is what stands out the most.
Workers need to follow what is showed on the training. Please dont come with lots of material to study and forget about it after.
Involving the employees as as whole
More involvement with the caregivers, contest, appreciation day etc..
Everything. You need competent, trusting, and professional individuals working for this agency.

Interacting with supervisors - providing education to LVN's.
Making a difference for my clinicians that creates a ripple effect, making a difference for our patients.
I enjoy what I am doing and who I work with.
staffing our patients so the families can remain at home
My Executive Director, My clinical Director, My Care experience navigator and Operations specialist :-)
Please refer to compensation comment for details. Additionally, due to the stress of the job, turnover is decently high and when there are gaps in coverage, current employees have to take on substantial duties with the same 24 hours in the day.
Life dream is to be a hermit in the woods.
tensions are high, staff are not trained appropriately so there are a lot of issues with parents and clients
Respect nurse's and clients about their life's demands.
We need leadership and guidance and support. Our office is giving exceptional care, in the absence of an ED, and it would be nice to be shown appreciation by corporate. The office needs to dial back on the scriptures and prayers because not everyone practices it.
