I love their willingness to assist in my personal growth!
Accountability for themselves and holding staff accountable, Professionalism and better communications, appropriate training for new hire staff, and consistency
Work/life balance and providing adequate health insurance
Actually being transparent, not just using the word. Area leadership and VP's in Colorado have denied us annual bonuses and raises in the past without proper explanations and then when staff raise concerns and make a big deal then we get those incentives, but not without a stink.
When changes occur, I feel like I am the last to know. I know I don't have a Clinical Director, but I feel out of the loop.
To work. And to do what they are supposed to do. Only what they are paid to do.
The 401K retirement contribution matching.
Being eligible for a bonus based on company goals

I believe the benefits assist in making up for the pay. I do feel that similar positions pay slightly higher, however I still feel pay is reasonable.
Our compensation package includes yearly raises, quarterly bonuses, and annual bonuses. This added compensation is great feedback for all the hard work I do.
Being in charge of multiple additional tasks that are not a part of my role or in my job description to ensure that our patients are being cared for in the best possible way while it goes unnoticed and management does not get held accountable to ensure these items are done correctly.
I was making double than what I am now at a hospital, the nurses should be compensated better then you'll find better candidates to take care of the Pts.
Salary increases not commensurate with ever-growing list of expectations and duties.
If it was closer to on par with other companies in my area.
The incentive and bonus plans are not shared equally with all the staff in our office. The standards and qualifications for receiving quarterly incentives is almost purposefully vague so that leadership has the opportunity to withhold those bonuses without questions. Pay for nurses is too low.
We each take pride in our work as we work together toward common goals.
Most of the staff work together to get the job done but when some are slacking the work falls to others or the patients care suffers
We work together and support each other, we function as a team and help others when help is needed
Knowledgeable individuals who are kind and caring people
we share the same vision
speak respectfully, open communication amongst all members in the office, work together more efficiently not just when it's convenient for that person
Open communication, treating the team equally
Leadership training and over sight
Better training by management to prevent issues and high turn over
I dont know what uou mean by that. I dont really work with any coworkers
Positive energy and we support each other.
Only when we hear good stories about the patients as the environment is typically negative
building people up instead of breaking them down
They seem to care about employees, have engaging and fun events like Aveanna Cares, costume contests, and inclusion events
commitment to making a difference in the lives of people with special needs
Workers need to follow what is showed on the training. Please dont come with lots of material to study and forget about it after.
Involving the employees as as whole
More involvement with the caregivers, contest, appreciation day etc..
Everything. You need competent, trusting, and professional individuals working for this agency.

The variety in my job duties, growth opportunities, and working with my team.
Negative environment related to poor management and lack of accountability
Constantly changing policies and expectations, people are not always on the same page or providing same information, recruiting and hiring process of nurses is too far removed from clinical leadership.
You can raise the pay rate and salary rate. This is a billion dollar company with offices across the nation, and it continues to spend upwards of $175 million to acquire new companies, rather than raising the wages for those that are loyal. Instead the company roles out badges for longevity worked.
there isn't enough clear guidance with everything. And when you ask for clarity, it's bruised off or there's a punitive response, especially from IR compliance team
pay could be much better
