Aveanna is a company where they value employees and want to promote from within. From the CEO to the clinicians in the field being aligned and improving the life of our patients through the belief of one patient at a time.

It is difficult to be a Conservative in this company. The push by the DEI department is negatively affecting team dynamics. Encouraging employees to be "authentic" has blurred the line of professionalism and has created an atmosphere where employees exhibit unprofessional and arrogant behaviors.

I started as an LVN ten years ago while attending RN school. Now, as an RN, BSN Clinical Supervisor, I am able to contribute to the health of my patients in a supervisory capacity. Aveanna has supported my school schedule and career development every step of the way!

At my branch, I've been the sole full time supervisor trying to stay afloat since I started working with Aveanna. To improve compensation should reflect the cost of living of the area. This is relating to equity. Especially absorbing the branch's case load.
