I don't know who my manager is. But I can say that I felt manipulated. They kept pushing me toward trach and vent clients even though I told them I didn't want those types of clients. No one listened

We should be paid more rhan $15 sn hour. I have been working in this business for over 20 years. I have worked for Aveanna for 9 years, moved away for 3 and came right back to Aveanna. I must admit the staff is more open and friendly than I saw in the past.

Huge paycut with in home nursing. Hence the shortage, people are going to higher payed jobs. They have families to support as well. Also missed the higher on bonus on no fault of my own.

There is an exchange with the coworker at the shift change about the client then a short exchange about the weather, our families, the news, 99% of the time there is no coworker.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Aveanna is a wonderful company and the staff in Smethport, Pa are top notch.

The environment is appropriately challenging and dynamic, it is relatively easy to activate new ideas and there are few roadblocks to implementation...no red tape.

The most positive about the environment at my company is that they provide training before you go into a patient's home. Even if you have performed a certain task before, they still provide training to ensure that the employee is doing things correctly before interacting with the patient.
