We are all hard working. I have not heard any complaints about my coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and helpful. Aveanna is a wonderful company and the staff in Smethport, Pa are top notch.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to our needs and are always working to keep us happy. They contnually inform us of changes, updating us on open shifts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should be paid more rhan $15 sn hour. I have been working in this business for over 20 years. I have worked for Aveanna for 9 years, moved away for 3 and came right back to Aveanna. I must admit the staff is more open and friendly than I saw in the past.
