For one introduce themselves in person I don't even know who my supervisor is. Feel isolatied. Don't even know who my coworkers are.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to bonus for meeting/exceeding company goals up to 200%. Also, the freedom time off is a nice perk as long as it is not abused.

Communication skills, when implementing projects clearly assign tasks and involve all stakeholders. Plan things ahead of time not last minute.

What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the feedback from patients and families and knowing that we are forever making a difference in the lives of others. I also like to see our agencies meeting and exceeding goals so we can celebrate the successes and have FUN!

I think we are growing extremely fast without solid change management plans. That leads to high turnover and unhappy people. Locations are overwhlemed. I also think growth gaols need to be aligned properly with the actual ability to recruit. We also need to focus on retention.
