The norm is much higher than what I am currently being paid in the Atlanta market doing home care.

The time we sacrafice doesnt get highlighted. Navigating through the everyday struggles tldont get recognize. Theres alot of things that are out of our control and expections dont change. Expectations dont change when youre understaffed internally. We're still held to the same standard.
