Taking action to implement sales' suggestions to improve operations obtaining competitive advantage- they know what referral sources want and how to provide that, but teamwork, support is lacking. Also: tone (currently patronizing), competitive compensation for highly skilled pcr, mentorships

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my base salary is low compared to others in the field and that it should increase especially with inflation and where the market is right now. Commision stricture is great, however i am hoping for opportunities to raise my salary in the near future

The fact i might not be paid my due comission if a goal is not met. Especially when intake controls the monthly outcome when the referrals are brought in, in surplus to the goal. Not receiving the bonus last year. My performance speaks for itself, should have been given

Unprofessional attitutes, decorum among pcr and poor/slow/inconsistent communication. Measuring BT acct. clicks/touches does not provide incentive for effeciency,quality work in accts. Placing blame on other depts. for issues vs. working together to get patients taken care of.

Executives- it is not enough to preach about our dedication to patients. This must be demonstrated through actions. Aveanna has strayed from this over the past couple of years. Not all managers empower their employees to do what it takes to take best care if our patients with empathy and urgency.
