Proofpoint: From the very start of the interview process, I felt like the people at Proofpoint didn't just think of it as a job. I am glad to find that after almost a year, the enthusiasm that I got from the recruiter to the executives that I interviewed with were genuine. Proofpoint is a great workplace.
Proofpoint: Very good for a work life balance. There is also a budget dedicated to external traning so more future career opertunties to expand skills.

Kirkland's: The company does not understand customer service. When ordering a label gets created but the item does not ship. When you call customer service tells me ill have to wait 15 business days not strait days before the reship. But they never shipped. You have my money for 16 days and still no item. wow!

I'm less ready to take calls standing and talking to my neighbors than reading. Just a really nonsensical rule.
Digi-Key Corp: DigiKey customer service tends to strongly on focus the problem which can actually create additional problems. I recommend some basic training in problem solving for the CS staff. The focus needs to be on solutions. Please note that attitude is responsible for more than 90% of job performance.

ID.me: My experience has been pretty positive, I'm part of a good team. We support each other on tasks and during projects, especially when I really lean into the 'ask questions like a 5-year old' part. Onboarding is taken seriously but I wasn't expected to know everything even when that finished.
