Philo: Colleagues are great and I appreciate the weekly company meetings, but there are some leadership that need to be removed from position as it can bring down the reputation for the company

Forethought: It is using state-of-the-art NLP/NLU tech to provide customers the best customer support AI! What this entails is a lot to learn and given many opportunities to grow. Plus, you are able to do this with like-minded individuals you get to know professionally and personally. Can't beat that!
