Apria Healthcare: In office staff is the absolute worse. They are inept to processing medical supply orders efficently and effectively. Nobody knows how to use an excel spreadsheet and they hang the phone up on you when they are unable to complete their task. They hold no accountability for the positions they hold.
Apria Healthcare: Customer Service and the ability to speak with someone who actually knows what they are doing. I have gotten nothing but the run a round. I spent 2 hours on the phone continually being transferred to 5 different people. Never getting a solution. Will NEVER use this company again or refer to anyone.

For me, they kept ignoring the weeks delay and blaming failure on shipping even though it had not been sent to FedEx yet. Just tell the customers there was a delay, instead of pretending no issue.

They also refuse to increase pay, although call volume increases each yesr drastically. Blue cross only TAKES from employees, while we have to give everytjing
Lyft: These guys keep half the earnings and can't even hire proper help. Seems like they only got bots working in the 24/7 live chat. They just keep you on hold and then reply with automatic copy and paste responses. I was overcharged for my rental fees 254.83 and nobody can explain to me why.

When telling a drive-thru customer to "drive carefully" is "excessive interaction", or "pull them up" "get them off the timer" is the norm.

TransUnion: Leadership doesn't seem to think outside the box, but standard b-school response to stock price fluctuations = stock price dips, lay off staff. Mostly behind the leading edge in tech and capabilities.
Chamberlain Group: Requiring onsite work is unreasonable in my opinion. I find it increases the burden on my personal life for little gain. I am less productive and am able to spend less time on task. Removing the free lunches further exacerbates the negative sentiment I have regarding coming to work.

Then got told to open the store while the city shut down from excesive snow and cold. Cricket then sent a meme of the shining villian dead in frost to all employees.

Ace Hardware: Attendance policy is way too extreme. We don't get enough paid vacation days. The distribution centers are constantly under employed. Therefore, the employees have to stay and work overtime which causes most of the employees to be overworked exhausted.
