I think having a job is great but the lack of moving up the ladder is low and more about opinion and who you know.

I enjoyed several things about this job, but at the end of the day, not being paid a compensation that made me feel valued and the poorly constructed commission plan--all in the favor of the company, not the individual, is why I left this company.
