The manager at my particular store was very efficient at her job but she definitely had "favorites" and had a way of speaking to some employees which could affect them negatively with subtle put downs.

Too much to even share it all, but they, do not care for the employees that are actually dedicated to making it a better place. They need to listen and pay attention to what they, employees, say. We want to be heard, and not looked at as a replacable at anyome t, if u buck the system

Listen to your staff when they raise concerns

The Leadership team is the problem. It cannot be corrected.

Stop being greedy and taking the profit for themselves.

They need more people skills they lack compassion and don't encourage or reward employees.
