The process was easy. However the process should have been more of a behavior interview. I say this because we have hugh tern over and some non performing workers

The initial telephone interview was great, the store manager interview was also excellent and the hiring management were all very good at their job. The income they presented during the interview process was not based on reality.

I was asked how old I was during my interview by senior management. That is actually illegal and it made me very very very uncomfortable
I was asked by senior management during my interview how old I was. That is illegal. I was thrown back, I did not know how to answer. They seem to just want to hire anybody, but once they train them and they figure out how awful the store is to work out they quit. They promise false promises

Offer decent compensation at the get-go. The personality tests are ridiculous, diminutive and unnecessary.
