My overall experience at work is good. The benefits are nice, the coworkers are tolerable, and we achieve great things.
HR people are always trying to find ways NOT to help. Leadership are inexperienced and unprofessional. Turnover rate is high. Anytime you make a complaint about illegal activity, they turn it around on the complainer.
Easy to get a promotion and the benefits received for working
For a large hospital, our group is understaffed and overworked and underpaid. Supervision is new and inexperienced and they lack personal care or people skills in dealing with employees. Work/life balance does not exist, no teamwork or team building in place. Makes work stressful and uncomfortable.
