They need to stop targeting employees who make complaints. Scripps opened the Anderson Medical Pavilion with a bunch of leadership who had never been in those positions before: very inexperienced and unprofessional. These are not honest people and they act childish and controlling.

Leadership never says anything to it's employees. They only talk to you when you've done something they don't like (even if there's nothing wrong with it). If they don't like you, they will chase you out and create a hostile working environment.

They need to learn professional behavior in the workplace. They brought gummy penises for instance into the workplace and said it was okay because it wasn't 8am yet. They get mad and argumentative when people ask them to stop or set boundaries, then they do what they want anyway.
