Everyone is very warm and empathetic. It's a great group of people, not just colleagues. I joined at a really rough time in the world, and everyone had their own stuff to deal with, but they made me feel so incredibly welcome.

I think "Excited" is the way to describe it. No one is switched off. Everyone is happy to talk to others, everyone is glad to be here working on projects. There's a genuine enjoyment of the work, the company, and each other.
