It's such a warm experience; there's a level of comfort here because I enjoy interacting with the people. There are real tasks and real problems to work on, but the atmosphere and relationships are fantastic and make it all worthwhile.

Everyone is very warm and empathetic. It's a great group of people, not just colleagues. I joined at a really rough time in the world, and everyone had their own stuff to deal with, but they made me feel so incredibly welcome.

I think "Excited" is the way to describe it. No one is switched off. Everyone is happy to talk to others, everyone is glad to be here working on projects. There's a genuine enjoyment of the work, the company, and each other.
