Communication, leveraging junior employees and help them grow- rather than looking elsewhere to get a job done.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
One of the best parts of my compensation package is unlimited PTO. Being able to take off more than one or two days if necessary, and being able to easily communicate that with my manager without going through some strenuous process to get it "approved".

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not really received any increase in pay in nearly 2 years because there is "no budget" for it. I work very hard and long hours. The only time I got a small raise was because I found out that the offering price to an incoming candidate in my role was higher than mine (after a year at SH)

What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't know what to expect when interviewing for a tech company for the first time, but I was more than pleasantly surprised by how laid back everyone was. It made me feel much more comfortable during the process, and even though I was prepared, I didn't feel tripped up at any point.

What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happiest is that I don't feel stressed about work when I get up in the morning, or when I'm done for the day. Even on my busiest days, I know I can step away from my computer and take a break if I need to.
