The people who work at SpotHero make working here worthwhile. As with all companies, there are its pros and cons, but for the most part, I genuinely enjoy what I do and the people I interact with on a daily basis.

This is the first company where I am able to be authentically myself. I have the flexibility I need as well as the support to challenge myself in ways I never thought possible. I feel the impact I am making and work with others that champion me and also feel the same way! I love working at SpotHero.

Only 2 people lead SpotHero and both totally lack leadership and management skills. It's only a matter of time until the board steps in. The rest of the leadership team needs to embrace a future with strong leadership and move on from the current rudderless nightmare.

Unlimited PTO and flexibility working environment

401k match and unlimited PTO that we are encouraged to utilize. PTO really means time-off as well, it isn't encouraged or celebrated to continue to be online on your days off.

Unlimited PTO is hands down the best part of the total comp.

Pay, bonus, educational stipend and Unlimited PTO

Pay is the only area where I feel undervalued. Everything else is great. Higher pay to match market & experience level is appreciated. It is important to note that leadership is already made those strides to improve overall compensation for all employees at SpotHero.

I believe the people team is currently putting in the research and work to reevaluate salaries and making sure everyone is paid at or above industry standard.

I don't want other people to make LESS money and I don't think I have an unrealistic expectation that all things should be "equal" between roles, BUT I feel that the actual work-hours/impact of my role/team to the company is not compensated equally compared with other teams/dept.

I knew what to expect each step of the way and I knew who I would talk with next and I was under the impression that they valued my time and wanted to learn about me

The process was just way too long and had so many rounds that I felt were not the most necessary.

The process was too long and felt some conversations were unnecessary given I've spent enough time in this role and some interactions never happened outside of that interview.

The genuine support that I get from my team and coworkers is something that keeps me happy at SpotHero.
