My manager is exceptional and has great previous experience that he teaches well. He does a great job understanding roadblocks and gives great advice for dealing with them. He is invested in my work and personal life. The executive team hasn't had some important positions filled which is concerning

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the environment on m immediate team is exceptional. Everyone is positive, works extremely hard and understanding the struggles of the position.
