I have only been at SQSP for a couple months, but it has been the best job experience so far. My coworkers are talented, focused, and approachable. My work is challenging but my manager has reasonable expectations and offers plenty of guidance. I feel appreciated by the larger company.

We receive quality medical, dental, and vision insurance with no premium. We have an unlimited PTO policy and the company overall is very good at maintaining a work/life balance and not working after business hours.

Everyone I've met at SQSP is talented and focused, but also kind. I've rarely had an experience where I felt like I was burdening a team member or like a team member didn't value my input.

Squarespace offers excellent benefits; they cover 100% of medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums and offer unlimited time off. My base salary makes me feel valued; the offer I was presented was higher than my asking rate.
