My team supports each other and is generally helpful with a strong learning mentality.
Having and adhering to meaningful business ethics, or at least being able to plan, coordinate, and actually follow through on anything.
I'm paid less and have less equity than anyone who's been hired in the past few years who report to the team leads who report to me. I know for a fact that I could make significantly more elsewhere and am just looking for the right time to leave.
