My team genuinely cares about me as a person. My team lead is generous, kind, helpful, and pushes me in the most loving way. I've grown more working for her than I have under any other leader I've known.

We don't have transparent salaries. I think making salaries known would aid the company. As for me personally, I know that for my role I'm not paid as much here (even with the benefits) as I would be elsewhere.

Which leadership team are you asking about? If you're referring to the senior leadership team, I like that they're approachable. I also like that the company is liberal leaning politically. It feels good to work for a company that cares about the same things I do.
