It has been a wonderful experience thus far. The people have been kind and helpful. Pay and benefits are amazing. It's a forward-thinking, forward-leaning company while also taking care to be careful about the way the overall market and economy are headed. I don't think we've overspent, etc.
Overall, I have had a stellar experience. The high turnover rate on the sales team is of great concern. Most of the AEs are on eggshells about getting fired without much guidance as to whether they will or will not have a PiP. Could come at any time without warning for anyone.
It's been great. Stampli is a unicorn tech startup in my eyes for where the global economy and tech jobs have been for the last year or so. We have gotten new funding in a Series D round from good financial partners. Management has kept the ship growing. The product is great. Customers love us.
Great healthcare options and salary base pay.
The base pay for a sales job.
They are clear and communicative about the way the company is heading.
There is a lot of team-building that comes from being in the office together.
Again, I really enjoy seeing my coworkers and interacting with them. Great corporate culture at the office.
Everyone has been extremely helping with hopping on calls, and also coaching me with the different software we use.
They are clear about expectations, and hold people accountable to those expectations as they are properly and effectively laid out.
I like interacting with my coworkers. This company has hired a group of smart, capable people who have come from interesting places.
We help each other out a lot with questions, ways to handle clients, customers, and prospective customers. There's a great energy/vibe about my team. Very friendly and supportive.
I like everyone on my team. I'm friendly with all of them. We are good at helping one another with questions. They are very supportive, alongside my manager.
We have great inter-department relationships at this company (marketing, sales, product, customer success, and customer support). All interact and help each other. We work well together across the teams.
I like our in-office, WFH hybrid model. It's nice to have in-office meetings and take the time to work from home three days a week. There's a lot of trust from management.
Truly, the people are fantastic. I enjoy coming to work in the office to see my colleagues and work together with them. I have a great time at work, and we work well together.
They are clear about objectives, goals, and expectations. They also have a mentality that we are all in this working toward a common goal. It is refreshing to have open communications with management and the executive team.
I think it's a great wage for where I live. I don't have any qualms with pay or benefits at Stampli. It has been a great place to work, internally and on the HR side of things.
The goals are clear and achievable. We have a nice office with lots of amenities. My coworkers are sociable and highly intelligent. I always enjoy seeing them and interacting with them on days we are in the office. Great team!
In some companies, departments are separated heavily and do not interact with one another at all. I feel like Stampli does a good job of getting us all together in meetings or in the office to get to know or interact with one another.
I think our commission structure is fair and comprehensible. Many salespeople feel OTE is out of achievable range and can feel tricked when they start somewhere. I feel it is attainable if you work hard enough at Stampli. Operations and management have carefully structured it, clearly.
I like everyone on my team. They are also helpful. We work together to find solutions when any one of us is struggling. There is great communication laterally amongst my team, but information comes from the top down with little input from the bottom up to management.
It is a tough economy. I would like to see a fuller build out as a traditional SaaS company (Account Managers, Sales Enablement, Sales Engineers) with more rigorous API development. I think the SDRs and AEs need more help from Marketing via paid search, online presence, conference attendance, etc.
