They interact with all of their employees, even the new hires. They want to get to know you and take part of their day to meet with you when you first start. They are part of several weekly company calls and are approachable.

60/40 split. It gives you a good base salary while still keeping commissions competitive. Everyone has the same commission rate so you know what to expect and don't feel you are being comped unfairly compared to others. it motivates/incentivizes you to close deals
