My boss and co-workers are amazing. Unfortuntly, i cant say the same about upper management, executive level and board (current and historical). Very bad and dhort sughted decidions have been made for some time which have hurt the company and viability in the market.
Not everyone seems to have the same level of personal accountability and pride in their work.
Everyone is treated as an equal
Not getting recognition or promotion, even getting top appraisal for past 3 years
I've worked at symplr for over 6 years because I believe in the mission and values, feeling I make a difference. However, not all of the management or employees care about supporting each other, making each other better to improve efficiency/for faster progress.
