Exciting at first, but very cliquish! Was iced out of many important activities and then blamed for it. Very unstable- layoffs every 3 months. Former division leader is a known industry bully. Loved the actual work though. Absolute best benefits, pay, and work-life balance!

Bonus is a standard percentage of salary multiplied by factor of company's performance multiplied by individual performance.
