Only care about making money, they have lost their values

I enjoyed the research I did but barely ever was noticed by administration. I constantly received emails asking me to give to the hospital but how could I do that on a minimum salary.

Patient care, interaction with families

I like being there. I like my co workers, but i plan to move to California.

There is a lot of communication issues which then leads to toxic work environment. The HR is not always reachable
