As far as my supervisor he was the best. But the administration was horrible

The leadership is not bad. But are understaffed and so we dont always have time to reflect or talk.

Lack of transparency and lack of communication/clear direction

Stop treating employees like they are disposable. Start paying employees better. Have respect for seniority. Stop treating employees like they are pawns and throwing them into any situation just because they are a body and can cover something and doesn't mean it is safe. Provide free parking.

I think that we nurses are generally underpaid in Pennsylvania.

Market adjustments should be made across the board for ALL professionals. Fair pay and improved and consistent health insurance benefits would be helpful. Executive conflicts of interest should be advertised publicly without retaliation-CHOP DOES retaliate, despite their claims....

Pay comparable to other area hospitals. Pay us appropriately for forcing us to do undesirable shifts.

All the researchers worked together whenever needed

They really are the best. We have each others backs.

The frontline at CHOP cohesively and professionally provides excellent care to its patients-it is a struggle, as safe staffing is a huge deterrent. The revolving door is a given/supported by executive management. My colleagues support one another, work exhaustively. Unsustainable business model@CHOP

I live the Teams platform because it's so inclusive and interactive.

Frontline staff in each unit keeps things positive for the kids. Exec mgmt has nothing to do with that

This is a learning institute not a punitive place.

Everyone chooses to be here because they are committed to the children and families we care for.
