The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

As far as my supervisor he was the best. But the administration was horrible

The leadership team believes in a top down approach to gaining buy-in and for accountability.

They truly believe in what they do and value the employees.

Communication with out biased opinions

Leadership team is okay but it could improve

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership is not bad. But are understaffed and so we dont always have time to reflect or talk.

Lack of transparency and lack of communication/clear direction

Stop treating employees like they are disposable. Start paying employees better. Have respect for seniority. Stop treating employees like they are pawns and throwing them into any situation just because they are a body and can cover something and doesn't mean it is safe. Provide free parking.

compensation and communication are very poor
