I like best that everyone has their own work to finish but everyone works cohesively so that nobody gets too overwhelmed in their workload. Most everyone is willing to pitch in and help where they can spare it.

They are very open and accepting of people regardless of gender, sexuality, age, or ethnicity. They are also committed to helping people develop their careers and don't hold people back from going where they want to career wise.

I feel that most major companies are struggling to pay employees their worth. However, my position requires a bachelors degree and I'm paid the same/ slightly less than those in manufacturing where they only need a high school diploma.

I liked speaking with HR first and gaining a sense of the salary they were offering for the position right off the bat. I knew it aligned with the current market value and would be a good fit before continuing with the interview process.

I love my coworkers. I've formed a close bond with several of them. I also love my flexible schedule; it gives me the freedom to arrive at work when I want. Management is supportive of my career goals and how best I can achieve them.
