What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is generally very supportive

Team relationships can be very positive depending on membership.

Nothing, the environment is extremely toxic.

it could be viewed either way but you will never be bored. super fast pace which isnt always the best.

The mission is something easy to get behind. PPD is a great add and can show TMO a few good things about culture.

PPD is very much a tight-nit community. Despite there being several different departments with 1000's of associates, everyone is willing to lend a helping hand.
