Definitely diverse and inclusive, kind, listen to feedback
the honesty. they tell it like it is.
What I appreciate most about our leadership team is their respect for everyone, paired with a relentless focus on results and customer satisfaction. They prioritize efficiency and are committed to continuously improving internal processes and the customer experience through our business improvement.
I love that you can always count in them if you need anything.
The leadership team is focused on the future and encourages us all to deliver.
Replace with people who no what they are doing
Integrity, ethical behavior, fairness, transparency
Culture starts at the top, not the bottom. Support employees instead of draining them.
Back to reality and be practical
Not treating their employees like numbers and valuing and providing support to the team instead
excellent vacation (but I've been here for 20+ years), okay medical for these days
can still get some comission even if i dont hit 100% if you meet later in the year you get backpaid
i get a bonus based on how well the company does
The annual bonus about a month salary.
The salary was fair for the most part but often lower than the industry standard in some departments.
Provide hybrid working environment. KPI should be a reality target instead of mission impossible
better medical dentist for resonable price
There is an imbalace in companesation.
Salaries are not competitive to market
This company needs to do better across the board. Make a product that will last, not to break down in two years. Our customers will go elsewhere

we get along well and work well together
We do the best with what we have
Review from Product Dept
Cooperative, funny, open minded and always happy to help
great talent, happy to contribute and the will to drive change
My direct reports were a great group of professionals.
Immaturity and behavior unbecoming of a professional causing frays between emoloyees.
My own team Co workers not at all free to talk but other team members are so good
Attitude , respect, morals, inniative and motivation
Review from Engineering Dept
Understand the amount of work you are getting done and stop micro nanaging. Treat others with respect and honesty. Stop hiring car salesman. Be aware of how bad some are being treated. And when someone reports bad behavior dont send someone with a horrible attitude.
Everyone work for themselves. There is no clear collaboration. No team work. Just you look different and why you are here. Manager like micromanagement and pick their favorites. And promote their favorites.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Everyone is generally very supportive
Team relationships can be very positive depending on membership.
Nothing, the environment is extremely toxic.
it could be viewed either way but you will never be bored. super fast pace which isnt always the best.
The mission is something easy to get behind. PPD is a great add and can show TMO a few good things about culture.
Newer management newer equipment communication an compensation
Review from Product Dept
Valuing employees for more than just metrics, but as actual human people
More communication. . . .
Attitude, newer machines or atleast the concrete not have huge holes in the ground. Co workers respect and not talk about sexual things while at work
Review from Engineering Dept
Teamwork, people are looking for their own benefits instead of the company
Review from Operations Dept
Was easy to get through when you have the knowlege
Very conversational, not too technically challenging
it was tougher than i thought it should have been
The initial manager was amazing.
Recruiter did a good job of candidates triage.
More efficient interview process and less steps
The pace is very slow. Also, many current employees, myself included, were funneled away from the positions we actually applied for.
Role transparency, the role was not clearly defined
Be transparent and fair with offers
Not really related to the specific job. The HR people are clueless.
Just the job made me happy. My former boss Paul was cool.
Accomplishing a set goal or time line.
being able to solve the customers problems
My direct team and the stock
What makes me most happy at work is knowing that my opinions and ideas are valued by colleagues. I appreciate the recognition for delivered projects and the positive impact my actions have on society, enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
management direction not the best
Management needs major work. The system needs to figure out what works and keep it. Improve on it.
Review from Product Dept
We are now losing contracts that we never would have lost before this company bought us. You got cocky and arrogant.
The manager is protecting an employees job. Get rid of the toxic person
Review from Customer Support Dept
No way! They can not improve their bad habit; this is lazy working environment.
Review from Engineering Dept
The benefits and culture of the work ethic.
Compensation package, interesting projects, and co workers.
My team and the impact we have on our costumer's lives are what get me out of bed each day and what I like best about my company.
Working for a business focused on Science and Healthcare.
Review from Engineering Dept
More work activities available for all departments.
Processes and systems. Currently flawed and not reflective of true work or deficits. Processes/SOPs are unclear and SMEs are unable to answer questions about vague pieces of processes. Company is too focused on metrics using flawed dashboards/reporting.
I would like to see major improvements at the site from the GM to the directors. The site leadership team needs to function as a unit and not driving just their agendas in a vacuum while undermining their team mates and direct team.
IT executive driven support and Dev models are from the 80's.
