They need to do a hard reset of their senior leaders. Questionable ethics, male dominated environment where diversity is tossed around for show but in practice, women and minorities constantly have to prove themselves again and again. Whole orgs designed to support mens career advancement.

Allocating adequate resources andsite space.. A 40 hour week should be the status quo, NOT be a barely acceptable minimum!! What is the point of having all of these amazing benefits when I'm too busy, burnt out and exhausted to explore them? Corp culture negates worklife balance and mental health.

They have been working there for more than 10 years and don't promote the team who took them to realize a big turnover. Now, people are living. People are not happy prefer to keep quiet and look for better opportunity due to a double standard. They will give you a lower salary compared to competitor
