What do you like best about the leadership team?
He has grown the company well, created shareholder value, but along the way has shown he also cares about the people that work here and has leaned in to social justice issues that have made many of the team here proud.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the long term incentive and the added things we do like the tie in to cancer research that we do whereby an employee can get special diagnosis assistance.

expected to be available 24hrs a day more vacation and less weekend work compensated for overtime work

The team is loyal, hard working and mission driven. The teams here have each other's back and I love that.

Remote team is difficult when your manager isn't on site

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a growing business so things tend to be positive which get amplified when we hit our numbers. People care about each other and that creates a positive environment. I've found it to be very 'low politics' compared to other companies I've worked for.

What makes you most happy at work?
It is very fast paced but we accomplish a lot because the teams trust each other. There's a quiet intensity to many of the leaders here that creates a bond around the mission we have to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
