How employees describe working at Trilogy Health Services
They care about their employees, residents and families. There are plenty of opportunities to grow if you are interested and they have great programs to help you do it. My experience has been great and would recommend to anyone.
Hiring competent individuals with competitive pay. Lower pay = lower quality employees. Better training, pay "trainers" better so that they are incentivized to do their job.
C-suite executives are out of touch enough to organize a "competition" between locations on which location can get the most or best "budgeting hacks", and the gas price benefit was changed from every paycheck to whenever C-suite feels like it (very occasionally).
