What do you like best about the leadership team?
Responsive and fair when dealing with guests or staff.

Everyone works really hard and believes in what Trilogy stands for.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and how they treat others. Not very professional.

Being realistic about staffing issues and expectations... resident level of care is something important to consider when staffing is short.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
That i get medical, vision, and dental

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be treated with respect, fairly. It is a clique. I am more than likely going to find a new job.
Compared to relatives and friends I have that work in other long term care settings we aren't paid what the rest of the market is paid.
I've done this for 15 years. The money isn't important but I am considered experienced. Would just be nice to feel appreciated is all. I work very hard. My heart is big for my residents. I go outta my way for their smile. Just be nice if it was noticed.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I work night shift. I know every place treats night shift the worst, but this place by far takes the cake. I work with some amzing people on nightshift.

We are family!!! Every one of us from housekeeping to directors work together in a positive manner to ensure the residents and employees are priority 1!!
They are competent, energetic, fun, driven, and caring.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I will always give my coworkers the benefit of the doubt because we are all overwhelmed, burnt out, and exhausted to the max. More pay, appropriate staffing, and perks beyond that will bring out the best in all coworkers and employees.
They are a bunch of mean girls. Just immature and love drama. I'm the nicest person ever they were TERRIBLE to me, TERRIBLE. TEAM BUILDING IS A MUST! I dreaded going to work. But was so hopeful to start this new journey. How sad.
They ate messy and lazy

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co workers on my shift, we try to make the best of bad overwhelming situations.
I like the supportive people, but other workers are pretty nasty toward us
My opinion seems to count.
We all try to have fun
The overall positive attitude and team approach. Our leadership team always has our back! there are no rash or emotional decisions made without investigating first.

The quickness of the timing from start to finish
I like that the company does not just hire immediately. The job shadow process ensures that Trilogy is the right fit for the interviewee, we dont just hire to have a body, you have to be the RIGHT person to work for Trilogy and that takes time and diligence
Well my interview process was about three years ago and it was pretty awesome you felt very important it was very professional and caring

Some of my co workers make it worth wild.

When I see and feel our Resident satisfaction with my service.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Yet again the short staffing. I have personally told family members myself that their loved ones are not receiving the care they are paying for. At times they only have one nurse in the building.
