At first this was a great place to work. Almost four years later not so much. The location I work at they abuse the on call. Management acts like bullies in high school. They will say anything and everything to you, so they Dion't have to come in.

I love my job and am proud to work there. I tell the residents that every day I work.
Great company to work for!
I will always give my coworkers the benefit of the doubt because we are all overwhelmed, burnt out, and exhausted to the max. More pay, appropriate staffing, and perks beyond that will bring out the best in all coworkers and employees.
