The team around me. Everyone typically comes to work excited to tackle the next task. I feel this is a result of the family style culture where everyone feels comfortable.

My team is full of great communicators and problem solvers. It starts at the top and our director leads by example and we all aspire to be as great as him.

They made me feel comfortable from the introduction by telling me I was overdressed. I laughed and then realized he wasn't kidding and I thought to myself, "this is the place for me".

Communication is key! UBIF has various tools in place that assist with this with so many different departments. Also, a relaxed environment where you can pretty much dress how you want, wear your hair how you'd like (colors encouraged), and tattoos are not frowned upon. Watch out for the soccer ball
