My team was great, hard working and knowledgeable. Management did not appreciate that
I first took my 3month old computer to the Jacksonville store in early Nov or late Oct, needing a new computer screen. Once there, it took approximately a month to get it looked at and fixed due to new ownership. Once I received, the camera no longer worked and now my hinge cover is broken/missing.
