Everyone always wants to bring the other up and inspire you to be the best you can be. The environment is so constructive.
Communication is key! UBIF has various tools in place that assist with this with so many different departments. Also, a relaxed environment where you can pretty much dress how you want, wear your hair how you'd like (colors encouraged), and tattoos are not frowned upon. Watch out for the soccer ball

The office is, for the most part, filled with a younger crowd than your typical "Corporate Headquarters". The environment is very much open concept with modern touches and encourages a techy vibe. Don't be surprised to see someone on a bean bag, medicine ball, scooter or hover board either.
