It was mostly hands on, the strong suit of most people applying for the job

Yes, the interviewer is good. He knows what he's doing. But the pay is so low if it was not about me learning this business I would not accept the offer.

It was very direct and straight forward. Response times were quick. It was an open platform when it was time to actually interview and ask questions. I was also asked some unorthodox but fun questions to break the ice and it was a nice introduction to how the culture is in the office.
