They always pay what you're worth, with incentives to do your best.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the benefits could be a lot better. For years we've heard talk about 401k and stock options and we've seen no progress.

It happened relatively quickly, only two interviews and short decision-making time
