Long term strategy and risk management that invests in people and ideas. Compensation policies that retain and encourage talent to thrive. Acknowledge the sacrifices that their front line workers endured during the pandemic and financially reward the field engineers.
Executive to employee compensation ratio needs to be corrected to a more ethical standard. It's outrageous that the C suite is compensated so generously when they fail to grow the company and resort to cutting rank and file employee benefits/compensation to mask never ending revenue shortfalls.
