I enjoy working for the company. I have noticed during my time here that Velex seems to be the only team that is held accountable.

I have had both good and bad experiences. Generally you have those that do great and go above and beyond but aren't rewarded for it. Each individual team is always pointing the finger and putting the blame on another. They keep pushing "we drive as one" but we are far from it.

Doing work for others that consistently shut down at a certain time, not facilitating those that are still working.

Again provide the proper staffing for the work load. Don't dump other peoples works on those that are already overwhelmed.

Accountability. Staffing correctly instead of dumping all the work on the one person that goes above and beyond. Putting people in the positions that they're capable of.

Compensation reflecting the actual time an effort put into the job. Equal to others in the same position. If you provide a bonus incentive for somebody it should be provided to all individuals in that position.

Going back to holding others accountable. Having to make up for the lack of experience on other teams and assisting others with their tasks. Put people in positions that they deserve to be in not just because they're a body.

Clear communication and more support. A majority of teams in the markets are extremely over worked. Leadership makes commitments to customers but do not allow the individuals in the markets to hire or obtain necessary support to meet those commitments. Positions and roles are constantly changing.

When comparing expectations of Velex employees to other employees under Infiniux the main work load falls on us. When others are off on weekends we are expected to continue working and answer for those that are off. When we're in a push its Velex that has to deliver.
