A decent amount of newer employees that are pretty talented. Supervisors and management have no interest in helping them grow which has affected their attitude in the workplace and allowed them to develop a lot of bad habits.

Communicating, Management needs to be taught what is expected out of a manager in their position. There is too many people in positions that when faced with an issue they are unaware that they are in fact responsible for fixing it.

Getting to do my job, helping to train other mechanics and teach them about how great a company WM is. Seeing other mechanics develop a plan for the future. Getting to fix trucks and make sure that we can service our customers safely every day.
