Their goals are clearly defined and cascaded down to employees of all levels. They make an effort to be accessible with coffee chats and town halls.

People are very approachable and the structure is flat. There is not much focus on hierarchy, more so on quality ideas. Coworkers are generally ambitious but down to earth.

The interview process was engaging and I didn't feel like they were just reading off a script. I feel that the company actually wanted me to come work there.
