Excellent and competitive salary and compensation package.

When someone proves they have the skillset for promotion, and has gained more than enough work experience the compensation should be rewarded for that instead of having to explore external options to compare your worth.
Need better health insurance, I can't afford to go to the Dr
When working at a smaller facility (and depending on the position/role you're in), you tend to do more than similar counterparts at larger facilities, yet still get the same pay as them. This has been my experience with it, at least.
The merit increase is a joke. Bonus structure is variable, and you're not rated fairly to your region.
Review from Marketing Dept
I feel more like a drone than a valued employee. Whirlpool messes up peoples pay roll as well. When it comes to my compensation Whirlpool needs to stop messing up on peoples payrolls.

Everytime i am in an area where i rely on a material handler to bring my materials i do not get the materials needed to complete tasks. To much negative hearsay and not enough collaboration and brainstorming to achieve company goals
Better communication between all groups and departments. Combined work collaboration.

It used to be the brand that I loved the most, until they decided to promote political views that alienated groups of consumers
Review from Marketing Dept
The hybrid working flexibility. Not being strapped to a cubicle 40 hours a week is pretty great.
Poorly assembled units. New managment
Need to focus on quality. Buy less from China. Buy more in the US.
Need more reliable employees who will do their job
The belittling of co workers. They should have cultural diversity and inclusion
More attention to employees and and customers.
Flexibility, impact on all constituency groups
Be more selective selecting managers
